Ride Description
What is WOSSA?
WOSSA is our latest Bikepacking Route and follows water around Salzburg.
Over around 560km and a bit over 8000m of climbing you will learn how water circulates in the Alps.
The route starts in Salzburg and follows a figure eight.
You can find all the details in our route description here.
You can ride the route officially from the beginning of May and with the help of a free brevet card you can fulfill small challenges to learn about water and how it moves through the alps.
The opening in Bad Reichenhall
Next week, the German broadcaster ZDF will be filming a segment for their show “Plan B”, focusing on cross-border cycling routes, sustainable tourism mobility, and e-bikes. As part of the story, they’ll be covering the exciting new WOSSA Gravelbike Route.
To mark the occasion, we’re hosting a symbolic opening event in Bad Reichenhall, and we’d love for local riders to be part of it!
